A boy is setting in front seat of bus moving with 30 miles per hour he throw a ball with a speed of 30 miles per hour. With what speed will it move?
Question asked by: knowitall

The ball itself is still moving at 30 miles an hour, the movement of the bus is not relevant.
For instance, the world is rotating at a fair speed all the time, but we do not take that into account when we say what speed a body is moving on the surface - we don't say 30mph + speed of rotation of the earth!
