A Find the velocity (magnitude and direction of the second ball)b.Was the collision elastic or inelastic?

A billiard ball moving at 5m/s strikes at stationary ball at the same mass. After collision, the first ball moves at 4.33m/s at an angle 30 degree with respect to the original line of the motion.
