A simple experiment to prove that light is a form of energy?

Yes light is a form of energy.
To prove this get a solar cell and you will see that you get electrical energy out as a result from that, for instance switch on a solar powered calculator and you can prove that light is a form of energy since it is light energy that makes the solar powered calculator work.

Bring a wet paper closer to a light bulb;when the paper dries up,it will show that light has energy which is used to heat up the paper in form of heat energy.
