Abandon rate
Question asked by: nick1989

If you answer 170 of 280 calls, then that means that you are answering 17/28 calls, which in percentage terms is 17/28 x 100 = 60.7%, therefore your abandon rate is 100 - 60.7 or essentially 39%.
