Are ITV doing X-factor in 2010?

Yes X-factor have said that according to what I read on a news website that there will be a series of X-factor on ITV planned for this year and next year.
I suppose the doubt is about when it will be and who will be on the show as Simon Cowell owns the format for this popular entertainment TV show.
