This is a good question.
The answer is that it depends on where you are based and what your company policy is.
Some have strict rules that mean that colleagues are not supposed to date, others have much more relaxed restrictions.
If you are in any doubt call someone in HR in your company in confidence to find out if you are allowed to date colleagues.
