Barometer

what would happen if we were to use a tube 50cm long in the Torricelli experiment?
Question asked by: fatema

Asked on: 16 Nov 2009

Nature does not abhor a vacuum according to this experiment.

There is lots of onfirmation on the torricelli experiment that is beyond the scope of this short question and answer format elsewhere on the web, suggest checking those out for full information of the affect of the different variables in this experiment.
