Big red spot that not acne?

I don't think there is anyway to get rid of something like a red blotch in as quick a period of time as one night.
What you should do is start to treat it with spot cream overnight to help it start going away, then assuming it is there in the morning just cover it up with foundation or a spot cream for the day to hide it.
