Busy Lizzies

I bought some busy lizzy seedlings and have delayed pricking them out into pots,Some of them have become quite leggy. Can I pinch out the tops , and if so how low should I take them.Thank you in advance Jim.

Pinching out the tips of busy lizzies is fine to encourage new growth, remember to keep then in a shady corner rather than in full sun. If combined with other plants such as petunias pinching out will encourage branching.
