Can you be quiet by nature and still succeed in a career in management?
Question asked by: dtorres12

Lots of people change their personality as they get older.
Many people develop confidence as they get used to being around other people and naturally grow into themselves and their abilities.
So don't worry about it too much and put lots of pressure on yourself to change.
You can start in a small way and gradually build up chatting to more people and so on as you get used to it, other people and the environment you are in.
