Can you date someone who works for you?

Dating someone who works for you is quite tricky, as there are all sorts of issues that can arise.
Whilst things may be fine whilst you are going out if the relationship breaks down it can be hard to carry on working together and one of you might therefore feel the pressure to leave at that stage.
The best thing to do is to get the junior member to report into someone else within the company so that there is no compromise of interests.
