Can you get crossword puzzles in Japan?

Hey that's a good question I had never thought of that!

Presumably you can't get word puzzles like crosswords in the same way in Japan due to the fact that the characters and scripts presumably do not allow the crossovers and similar that you get over here. Not fully sure of the answer but certainly all the puzzles that come here from Japan are number and logic ones aren't they!
