Can you pass acne to other people using the same towel?

It depends what the cause of the spots / acne happens to be.
In many cases where it is just through to the hormones going through a teenagers body etc then there is no great risk.
In some cases where there is a bacterial or viral cause of the spots or acne then I think in these instances there is a risk and therefore someone who is being treated with for instance some antibiotics or medication to correct their acne problem should use a different towel to the rest of the family to stop this risk.
