Cats are killing little birds in my garden how can I keep them out?

It can be hard to keep any wild animal out of your garden if it really wants to get in.
A good fence is no obstacle to cats which love climbing and jumping so what you will need is some sort of device to keep them out, you can get electronic sounders that emit a high pitched sound above human hearing that cats and other animals find a little annoying so this could deter them from the garden humanely.
