Try putting absorbent paper above the stain and then heating gently, for instance by putting something containing sealed in hot water on top, to lift out the oil.

The grease will not be sitting on top of the leather but it will have absorbed in. You need a professional to use a degreaing agent to get it out, downside is it will take the colour of the leather out. This can then be airbrushed back on.
