Currency convertions???
Question asked by: kailee

It is really easy, first of all you need to know what is called the exchange rate - this is what lets you change from one currency to another.
For instance imagine that £1 is worth $1.5 US dollars, then we know the exchange rate is 1 to 1.5
Therefore £10 is worth 10x 1.5 dollars = $15 dollars: just multiply by the exchange rate to get the amount of the second currency.
To go the other way, divide by it, e.g. 15 dollars is 15 / 1.5 = £10
