Diamonds

what is the cause of the brilliant lustre of diamonds?
Question asked by: mritika

Diamonds are a girls best friend :)

And part of this is due to the brilliant shine that you have mentioned.

This is due to the angles that are cut into diamonds in order to reflect out the maximum amount of light and therefore give them their distinctive shine and lustre.
