Do women like it when guys use chat up lines?

As a rule, no, they are terrible.
If you tell someone to get their coat cos they've pulled or that you're the missing star from the sky or whatever else then I think they are either going to make a woman want to throw up or else be too cheeky and suggestive and result in a slap!
So I would say overall to steer clear of chat up lines, or at least try them out on some friends who can give you honest feedback before trying them out!
