Does a knee length skirt look good?

Yes a knee length skirt does indeed often look good - it depends on the look, what you look like and your shape and what you are trying to achieve.
If you are very short then the only thing to consider is that the knee length skirt could perhaps foreshorten the body a little and not make the most of your natural shape.
