Does anyone really have a photographic memory?

This is an interesting question.
Whilst talk of a photographic memory abounds, there are very few people if any who could definitely be actually said to have this sort of memory.
It seems that particularly with some children they do have amazing abilities to remember information but that this tends to fade away as they enter adulthood.
There is a test to show whether someone has a photographic memory or not but I'm not sure whether this has been passed or not.
