Everyone else seems happier than me why?

There is a well known effect that the grass is greener on the other side.
When you look out to other people they often seem happier for instance; people in relationships seem happy and smiley. However remember that you don't see what goes on behind closed doors and they could be crying themselves to sleep at night for all that you know.
To be happy stop comparing with other people else this will always lead to misery at some level or another.
