Face blemishes????

i am very pretty girl and guys find me cute but i find that i have dry skin sometimes and i have a nice complexion but i have blemishes all over my face that are noticable when u look real close. i wanna get rid of them, but i dont wanna drink water cuz i dont wanna get skinnier(im slim, 115 lbs, and 5 ft 2). i have small firm breasts and a big butt and i dont wanna lose that like i did when i was drinking water all the time. so if i eat a lot of protein and drink water, will the water still clear my face without me losing weight? is there anything to get rid of back and breast blemishes as well?

You simply need to use a moisturiser to help to stop your face from being so dry, and see if that helps.

If not then you will need to use a good spot cream, the only problem is that this will tend to dry up the skin making it, well, drier!
