Five major european powers from 1815-1847?

The answer is definitely Great Britain.
They were the global power until the last few decades or so. They were very successful in terms of building an empire or the colony as it was called, and had great influence and control over many different countries and peoples around the world, making Britain the first global superpower there ever was.
