Well you have a good name for it for a start, although I guess it's a made up one Tiger Lilly sounds like a model sort of name doesn't it!
The problem with what you are trying to do is that there are many shady characters and fake agencies in and around the glamour world, and photographers who just want to take risque photos but won't actually get you work.
What you could consider doing is contacting agencies that you do trust that are reputable and ask them if they can recommend agencies in the glamour world so you can approach them knowing they are genuine and might actually get you some proper work.
