Gasses.

which gas is used in refrigerator.(hydrogen,oxygen,freon,sulphur dioxide)?

Freon is the answer.

It wouldn't be too clever to use oxygen given this is a highly reactive gas!

Also hydrogen likewise is very flammable (it's what the sun is made of).

As for the other one sulphur dioxide well this stinks and is toxic.

So the answer is indeed freon.
