Get a part-time job in this recession?????

im a very good student, 17yrs old, senior in H.S., and ive been job searching for a long time. ive been rejected by the Y cuz theyre jealous of me, and now i cant find a part-time job and i need to apply for colleges b4 its too late and pay my senior dues. HELP!!!!

Getting a part time job in a recession just requires a bit more persistence. Don't give up and try lots of places.

Try to get to speak to a decision maker on the phone or get the name of an actual person to apply to - this shows that you are both serious and have initiative and therefore should help you to get your foot in the door.
