Hamster advice?

is it ok to rearnage the hamster cage once in a while or will the hamster get confused??

No it is ok to rearrange the items inside the cage of the hamster, as long as you keep it suitably equipped with the wheel, bedding and food and it is suitably large enough with good aeration then dear little hammy should readjust to his new surroundings quickly enough.
