Has TV ruined families?
Question asked by: mrquestion

Some who espouse traditional family values suggest that TV is bad as it is disruptive on the family.
Before people would eat dinner all together around the table which would promote talking, discussion and bring families together.
Eating in front of the TV can stop conversation, lead to people eating their food more quickly, and therefore some say this innocent looking change in behaviour actually has more profound consequences on the family unit as a whole.
