I don't see any reason why you can't have beauty spots and model.
Some models in the past have been distinctive for their beauty spots and as long as they are not too large and therefore unattractive I think that it could actually be a positive quality to model and have beauty spots as it could help you to stand out from the crowd of other models - good luck with your modelling career :)
