I would try exfoliating and moisturizing first , then applying a face luminizer . Apply some blush that is some what close to your natural blush color (you can figure it out if you pinch your cheeks) and then highlight the areas of your face where light naturally hits . This would be the center of your forehead , your cheekbones , the center of your nose , and your chin . To highlight , use a small blush brush or a angled brush and some MATTE white eyeshadow . MAKE SURE it is completely matte with no shimmer to it at all or else it could end up looking oily . Just pick up some of the product and apply to the places i listed above . And if you are in a hurry , you could try Benefits'
High Beam liquid highlighter . Apply this only to the cheek bones though because it is a bit shimmer. Just apply 3 or 4 small dots along the cheekbones and blend out with your fingers .

You could also try exfoliating your skin, and using a light reflecting moisturiser, this will brighten your skin considerably, giving you a nice healthy glow
