How can I clean the outside of a refrigerator that is of textured material?

If warm soapy water doesn't work, then first rub in some neat washing up liquid into the textured service to penetrate the dirt.
Leave to soak for a few minutes then wipe away with warm water and the dirt and grime should be gone.
