How can i cover up my freckles or get rid of them completely?

Try using foundation to cover up your freckles.
This will at least minimise them if not disguise completely.
To really get rid of freckles it is possible to have surgery, however this can be painful and expensive and is certainly not recommended.
Best to work on your confidence and learn to love yourself - thus removing your need to remove them
