How can I create graphics?

To create graphics is quite simple, but of course you need a graphics package!
Standard ones are paint shop pro and adobe photoshop.
Mainstream packages can be quite expensive, however there are now many cheap alternatives on the market.
There are even freeview ones.
Many get bundled with scanner software and so on so resist buying unless it is totally necessary to do so!
Then buy a manual and learn how to use the package.
