How can I get stronger nails?

If you want to get stronger nails then you need to start a nail care regime.
First off of course you need to ensure that you never bite your nails that is a given as it weakens them.
However what you should do is start to massage moisturiser into nails on a daily basis.
This will stimulate circulation in the cuticle and make your nails much nicer and stronger overall.
Just do it when watching TV or something in the evening so as not to take up too much time - you will be glad that you did, and the results will be fantastic!
