How can I get to sleep quicker?

If you want to get to sleep quicker then you need to learn to relax before bed. Have a nice relaxing bath to unwind and use smellies to help you get in that relaxed mood.

Maybe read a light hearted book, nothing too stimulating for a short while before going to bed, then just relax, put your head on the pillow, and try to banish thoughts from your mind but rather keep your mind clear.
