How can I grow my hair from short to long quickly?

I have short hair that is just above my earlobe. How can i grow it into a just above the shoulder bob quickly? Please help me! I hate having short hair now and I want it long ASAP!

There is no way to make your hair grow faster naturally that I have ever heard of.

However you can cheat on how to do this: either use some sort of hair extensions from the hairdresser, or for more drastic stuff you can even wear a wig!
