How can I lose weight?

There are many ways to it's hard to answer this simply.

However, one easy way is to undertake to an exercise regime. Eat the same amount of food as you do now but add exercise to your diet.

Then, change the foods so that they are healthier ones. In this way you can lose weight easily.

The best way to lose weight is to do more exercise, try to eat more fruit and drink plenty of water. Try to cut down on sugary and fatty foods.
