How can I remove hair dye from a leather couch?

Removing hair dye... that's not easy as obviously these products are designed to dye whatever they come into contact with.
Try to catch it early and use plentiful quantities of warm soapy water to try to dilute and remove.
If that doesn't work then use a mild bleaching agent if you can to remove the colour out of the dye but be very careful not to affect the fabric underneath.
Sometimes positioning the affected area into strong sunlight can be good as this will naturally bleach it out over time.
