If you sell on auction sites here are some simple ideas.
A picture speaks a thousand words, so make sure you have as good a quality and accurate picture of whatever you are selling as possible.
Have clear well written copy, don't waffle and keep it to the point but tell people what they want to know.
Try not to have hidden extra charges like huge postage.
Offer as many payment options as you can take in order to be flexible with how people pay for the goods.
Get a good reputation as good feedback always helps and encourages people to buy from you in the future.
