How can I stop my dog barking so much?

First see the vet as there could be some irritation that is causing the dog to bark.
Once this is ruled out it often means that it has excess energy.
Ensure that you are taking it for walks and paying it enough attention so that it is getting the exercise that it needs to keep it healthy.
Also pay it good attention at home as it if often a cry for attention.
If you do all of this then you should be able to control the barking of your dog and give your neighbours some peace into the bargain!
