How can I stop my hair being oily?

If you suffer from oily hair, then you need to use a specific shampoo and a conditioner that are for oily hair.
If you take a look on the shelves not all shampoos are equal, and most these days will say suitable for oily hair, or suitable for the relevant hair type - therefore pick a product that matches your hair type.
Also do not try to rub or put hands through hair too much.
