To whiten your smile you should embark on a long term programme of using a tooth whitening paste.
Avoid bleaching if you can as it is a temporary measure and can also make your teeth look over white.
Rather go for a toothpaste that contains gentle teeth whitening agents. That way the improvement will be progressive and prolonged over a period of time and is therefore the best way to maintain white looking teeth over a longer period of time.
