Unfortunately there is no guaranteed to get rid of spots overnight.
However you can do in a few days by using the right treatment, typically creams with the active ingredient benzoyl peroxide.
On the day itself, treat with ice to reduce reddening, then use a good foundation or cover-up to hide the spots or blemishes.
