When a new set of peoples come it has a noticeable difference in many ways.
The whole dynamics change because you have a new people and a new culture. Apart from anything else of course you have a new language, and new ways of doing things, thoughts on crops, how to manage the home and so on, all of which has to be absorbed into the melting pot of cultures.
