How Do I Apply Eyeliner Without Getting It In My Eye?

Every time I try to apply eye liner, it always runs off and smudges into my eye, and it stings alot. It's getting really annoying and I really want to wear eye liner, but how?

You should use it quite sparingly.

If it is running off and into your eye, this suggests that you are using too much of it. Just put a very small amount on the brush and then apply carefully from midway to the front of the lash. This way it should work fine.
