How do i clean water stains of an awning outside,leaving water proof inside

Stains that are caused by water can usually be removed with hot soapy water.
If that is not enough then perhaps you could try something like cif liquid or another general household cleaner? Anything that you are confident won't affect the material of the awning itself (eg bleach it or burn through it)!
