If you want to contact a singer off X-Factor whilst they are on the show, then you should contact them via the X-Factor website at
xfactor.itv.com
If you are trying to contact someone once they have finished the show and are under a management company then the best bet is to find out what their management company is and then write at that address, for instance if you want the autograph of someone off the X-Factor then that is the best bet.
