How do i develoep an interest in my ambition when people criticise me that i'll never be good at it?

This is a good question.
If people keep on criticising your ability in this area then the first thing is to ask honestly if they are jealous or negative on purpose or if they are genuine.
If genuine, then work with them to get feedback as to how they think you could better achieve your goal.
If not genuine, then strive for your goals and don't let others put you off. With determination and ambition there is very little that we cannot achieve.
