How do I find the best modelling agency?

There is no such thing as a best modelling agency.
However a good agency is one that will try its best to get you work because they haven't charged you to sign up and therefore will only make money when you get work on a commission basis.
A good agency will cover your costs and won't send you to expensive lessons for catwalk modelling and so on.
To find the best modelling agency for you when you knock on their doors ensure there are no up front fees if they take you on, and ask for evidence of their success rate in placing clients in modelling jobs.
From there simply pick the one that accepts you and has the best success rate. Remember that a proper modelling agency may not want you on its books if they don't think there is a good chance they will be able to get you work.
