How do i get back on secure sites?

Most secure sites disable the ability to use the back button to go back, so when you click back you will get page cannot be displayed error.
This is because the sites stop the page from being cached which is normally what happens when you click back.
Therefore on most secure sites the answer is simply that you cannot go back, but would have to go through a process again. It can be annoying at times but ultimately it helps the successful functioning of a secure element of a website.
